Clean and tidy rooms, good ventilation, excellent sea view.

Facilities need serious updating!!! Air conditioning struggles to keep up with the Pattaya heat!!! Housekeeping lacks consistency and attention to detail. Pricing in the minibar is a bit outrageous!!!
